For Dually or extra-large truck tires and valves, Milton recommends using their Dual Head Large Bore gauge.
The S-505 gauge measures tire pressure in pounds per square inch (PSI) from 10 to 60 PSI, with 2-lb. increments. Additionally, kilopascal (kPa) readings from 80 to 840 kPa, in 20 kPa increments, are available by special order.
The single-head air chuck design is particularly useful for accessing hard-to-reach tire valves, such as those found on motorcycles.
